Our headquarter located in Foshan city, which is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of porcelain/ceramics tiles in China. Our products cover both the interior and exterior architectural decoration tiles such as wall tiles, floor tiles, and also the special ceramic tiles such as swimming pool tiles and garden tiles. More than thousand of patterns and colors are available for customer to choose. Now it has five production bases in Nan’an city, Quanzhou city, Jinzhou city, Zhaoqing city in Guangdong and Wuzhou city in Guangxi. Our factory has passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system, 3C certificate and so on. HEYES has cooperated with the Italian Karroubi, TECNOGRAFICA, South China University of Technology, Italy EGO Design glaze etc scientific research institutions in product processing, technology researching and also cooperated in the field of patent development.

OUR FACTORY INTRODUCTION
RAW MATERIAL CLAY STORAGE YARD
Xiejin factory owns a 45000 Sqm raw material yard to meet demanding of large scale storage of clay raw materials. Each batch of raw material would be passed strictly inspection. About 80% of the raw materials for next year’s production would be prepared in advance at this end of year to ensure tiles’ production stability and the color accuracy of the replenishment.
BALL MILL GRINDING EQUIPMENT
The 60 ton large CNC ball grinding system improves the grinding capacity and ensures the grinding efficiency and also the stability of the formula.
MIXING EQUIPMENT
6 large slurry pools in 1000ton grade, and more than 20 of 100 tons/200 tons/500 tons grade pools, which can ensure the color demand for each batch of tiles, and also ensure the stability of quality.
SPRAYING DRYING TOWER
Type-5000 large spray drying tower which has capacity of 25 tons powder per hour, with uniform powder and good particle size.
MOLDING FORMING EQUIPMENT
Fully automatic slab presses machinery brand Laeis made in Germany and brand Henglitai made in China.
FIRING EQUIPMENT
6 Italian SITI brand kilns and 6 domestic origin kilns, with automatic digital display control, firing temperature is stable, product quality rate is super high.

HISTORY OF FACTORY
NOV. 1993-XIEJIN Ceramics was established in Hong Kong.
SEPT. 2005-The 1st interior wall tiles was off production line.
JUN. 2006-Patent wall tiles qualified by National Organization. And in the same year, 2nd production line was established.
MAY 2009-the 3rd production line for Polished tiles was getting into production and was welcomed in the market.
JUL. 2010-The 4th production line for ceramic chip was getting into production.
APR. 2011-HD 3D Inkjet ceramic tiles approval by National qualification and get both "the China green building material certificate" and "Selected products for National key project"
APR. 2012-3000 sqm Headquarter showroom operated in Foshan. In the same year, Once firing under-glaze color microlite series tiles been published into market.
APR. 2014-Award of "Top 10 Ceramic Brands" in China.
JUN. 2017-Cooperated with Italian design company "EGO DESIGN" Enhance the international influence of brand in the world. In the same year, set up the international sales office in Wuhan for international market. Heyes Brand was established.Products were warmly welcomed by oversea clients.
